Kathy Bays-Cook, 2025 NARI RotY Residential Kitchen Gold winner, born and raised in Arizona, brings a deep appreciation for the regional aesthetics of the desert using a variety of styles throughout her projects.

 

A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Kathy began her career in the fast-paced world of corporate and hospitality design before adding residential interiors to her portfolio several years ago. Her passion for design evolved into teaching design courses at a local college in San Diego.

 

With years of experience and a keen eye for balancing form and function, she has built a reputation for creating sophisticated, livable and functional spaces tailored to her clients' unique lifestyles and dreams. Her passion for design brings energy and fun to every project, creating a collaborative and engaging experience for both clients and the design team—fueled by clear, open communication.
